DC Snap is the field app the Ross Auto Sales shipping partner (Dutch Car Connection) uses to document vehicles and containers on-site. It captures photos offline, keeps uploading on weak networks, and resumes automatically after a dropout — so nothing is lost in the yard or a dead zone.
It replaced an expensive third-party tool and the brittle integration that used to pull those photos into the CRM. Now every capture syncs straight into Ross Auto CRM, the partner documents faster with no extra monthly cost, and I build and maintain the app end to end.
